1. Digital Products Policy

At vedikshha, all our offerings—including online courses, live interactive sessions, bundles, and downloadable learning resources—are digital products delivered online.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after access details or digital course materials have been granted. If you wish to cancel an order prior to course access confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Refund Terms & Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are eligible only if technical errors prevent access to the purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• No refunds will be granted once a course certificate has been generated or more than 20% of the course modules have been completed.
• Discounted or promo code purchases are strictly non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days following approval notification.
